Jet Ski Tours in Curaçao

Three guided jet ski tours with Broski Tours from Playa Santa Cruz on Curaçao's sheltered west coast: a fast 30-minute ride along the cliffs, an hour with a swim and a free drink at Grote Knip, or two hours that take in the Blue Room sea cave and snorkeling at Playa Piskado. Prices are per jet ski, a second rider can join, and no licence is needed.

Jet ski tours we offer

Curaçao's west coast suits a jet ski well: calm, clear water on the sheltered side of the island, limestone cliffs, and one small beach after another, each in its own bay. Broski Tours run guided rides from Playa Santa Cruz in three lengths, from a quick half hour to a two-hour trip with a swim, a snack and a sea cave.

What a jet ski tour in Curaçao is like

Every ride starts on the beach at Playa Santa Cruz with a safety briefing and instructions. Then your guide leads the way out of the bay and along the coast, and you follow on your own jet ski, with a second rider behind you if you like. You don't need a licence or any experience: the guide sets the pace and chooses the stops.

The west coast is the island's sheltered side, so the sea here is usually calm, and near the shore the water is clear enough to see the bottom. From the water you see the coast as few visitors do: the cliffs, the coves you can't reach by road, and the beaches of Banda Abou from the sea.

The three tours compared

Rapid Rush 30: half an hour along the cliffs

Thirty minutes of speed along the coast, past up to four beaches and hotspots such as Playa Lagun, Playa Jeremi and Grote Knip (Playa Kenepa Grandi). It suits a first try on a jet ski, or a short break in a beach day. See the 30-minute Rapid Rush.

Epic Hour: Grote Knip, Turtle Beach and a swim

The tour most Broski Tours guests choose. In an hour you pass up to eight beaches and hotspots, including Playa Piskado, known as Turtle Beach because sea turtles are often seen there, and Playa Hulu, a small beach below the cliffs. At Grote Knip you stop to swim in the turquoise water and have a free drink before you ride back. Read more about the Epic Hour ride.

Double Thrill: the Blue Room and snorkeling with turtles

Two hours and more than ten spots on the west coast. You snorkel at Playa Piskado, where the turtles often are (they're wild, so it's never guaranteed), stop at Grote Knip, ride on to Playa Kalki near the island's western tip, and go into the Blue Room, a sea cave in the cliffs where the daylight coming through the water turns everything bright blue. On the way there's a break with a snack and cold drinks. See the two-hour Double Thrill.

Which one to choose

For the ride itself, the 30 minutes do it. For a real feel of the coast with a swim in between, take the hour. If you want the Blue Room and time in the water with the turtles, book the two hours: it's the only one of the three with snorkeling.

Each tour's page also has a map you can play: it rides the course along the coast, with photos of the beaches on the way.

Who can ride

Prices are per jet ski: USD 89 for 30 minutes, USD 145 for the hour and USD 275 for two hours. You can book up to 4 jet skis, so a family or a group of friends can ride together.

Where the rides start

All three tours leave from Playa Santa Cruz, a broad sandy bay on the west coast in Banda Abou and Westpunt. Broski Tours don't offer hotel pickup, so plan on driving there or taking a taxi.

With a car, make a day of it: Playa Santa Cruz is the first stop on our self-guided route along the free beaches, which continues past Kleine Knip and Grote Knip to Playa Piskado and Playa Forti, so you can see from the sand the beaches you rode past. Reef Riders' fishing charters leave from Playa Santa Cruz too, and for more time in the water, compare our snorkeling tours.

What to bring

Life jackets are provided, and you may bring your own.

How booking works

The Book button on each tour opens Broski Tours' own booking page. Choose the date, a start time, how many jet skis and any extra rider, and pay online by card, iDEAL, Apple Pay or PayPal.

If you need to cancel, Broski Tours first try to move your ride to another time. If that's not possible, you get a full refund more than 7 days before; within 7 days, 50% is charged; within 24 hours there's no refund. If the sea isn't safe, they reschedule or refund you in full.
