Beach House The Strand is an exclusive, luxurious apartment on the Caribbean Sea in Curaçao, where elegance, space and comfort come together. The refined Japandi style, with natural materials, warm tones and a light, serene feel, creates an atmosphere of calm and understated luxury. The spacious living room, the modern kitchen with its cooking island and the generous balcony give you plenty of room to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea view, which you can admire from several rooms.
The apartment sleeps four in comfort and has two stylish bedrooms, three bathrooms and four toilets. There is also a separate office, ideal if you want to get some work done now and then on holiday, make a quiet video call or simply retreat for a while.
Right by the apartment lies a particularly large private beach, where you enjoy the Caribbean sun and sea. A breakwater has made a relatively sheltered spot where swimming is a delight. Just beyond it you discover a colourful underwater world with tropical fish in every colour of the rainbow and impressive coral: a paradise for snorkellers. The private beach is guarded at night too, and the apartment comes with its own reserved parking space on secured grounds.
The surroundings have a lot to offer as well. The lively Pietermaai district, with its atmospheric restaurants, cafés and busy terraces, is within walking distance. The apartment is on the Penstraat, an attractive spot with several nice restaurants close by. And you can walk to the historic centre, Punda and Otrobanda, too!

Paying
You book and pay with Vincent directly; Kua Kaminda adds no booking fee.
The rates exclude the 7% tourist tax and a one-time USD 100 cleaning fee per stay.
Your booking is confirmed once a 20% down payment has been received, within 7 days of booking. Half the amount is due at the latest 60 days before arrival, the other half at the latest 14 days before arrival. If a payment is late, the booking can be cancelled, and the cancellation terms apply.
Cancelling
Up to 60 days before arrival: 100% of what you paid back.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of what you paid back.
Less than 30 days before arrival: nothing back.
Cancel in writing. Travel insurance to cover the unforeseen is recommended.
If the owner has to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, serious damage to the apartment or other compelling reasons), you hear as soon as possible and get back everything you paid.
